厂房有100-200平方米就可以
关于生产投资如下：
（一）、蜡质型固体酒精：
设备：需有加热源（电和火均可），用火作热源必须使用夹层锅，可自制
原料：甲醇、硬脂酸等
特点：不需要动力电，有上水，不需下水。无污染和噪声！
（二）、大桶装固体酒精：
设备：一般型，没有专用设备。高档型，需要300元的喷雾器一个；
原料：甲醇、硝化棉等
特点：不需要动力电，有上水，不需下水。无需加热。无污染和噪声！
（三）、塑料杯装水晶型固体酒精和铁盒：
生产规模50件以下：（月处理15吨甲醇的生产规模）

10个大铁桶：650元；
专用模具：450元
生产水泥池加模具外管：2000元；
50公斤规格的白色圆柱形带盖50KG塑料桶：4-5个左右，200元左右
粉碎机 ：450元
手摇泵-俗称油抽子 ： 必须手动！以防着火！80元
酒精表 ： 一套  15元
高脚烧杯：一个  15元 
塑料杯封口机器：一台  半自动即可 700元
小功率水泵：一台；200元左右
自制操作台：一个；200元

总计：5000元左右

生产规模120件以下：（月处理30吨甲醇的生产规模）

在上面基础上加上一个全自动封杯机：8000－12000元左右
